Fresh pasta sheets layer with Ricotta , Mozzeralla, Parm,  Spinach,Artichoke, Sauted Squashes and Red Suace.

It makes for a nice break from all the Turkey and other birds we have had lately!!!

This dish takes two glasses of wine to reheat to Lasagna to tempature
