Community Restoration Project
"This fall, the Rotary Club of St. Albans put on a gala event for approximately 250 people to thank donors and contributors to the Fountain Restoration Project. Rotary works with a caterer who provides our weekly lunches and our original intent had been to maintain that relationship for our gala event; however,with only two weeks to go to the event, we realized there was a date conflict and we were without a caterer. I phoned Susan and she was willing to work with us on short notice. Susan was prompt to get us menus and then to tailor the menu to our specific requests. She was on time the day of the event, set up a buffet that became a visual centerpiece, and the food was plentiful and nothing short of amazing. She exceeded our expectations and we received compliments all evening about how great that food was. Many people commented on the food being more creative and better than your usual spread of appetizers at this sort of function. The Rotary Club was extremely pleased with Susan's professionlaism, the presentaion and the quility of the delicious food and in the end, the original date conflict turned out to be a good thing for us!"
